I’m Adriana, founder of West Property Services.
My journey began long before the business—traveling the world, staying in countless BnBs, and noticing the little details that make a space feel truly welcoming. Eventually, I became a host myself and learned what it takes to create a great guest experience: setting up spaces, managing bookings, and handling the cleaning firsthand. That’s where my passion for vacation rental care began—turning every stay into something guests remember for all the right reasons.
After years of hands-on experience cleaning properties throughout West Yellowstone and Big Sky, I decided to bring that knowledge home to Bozeman and create something of my own. West Property Services was founded as a women-owned business built on strong values—hard work, transparency, and professionalism. Through dedication and the kind referrals of happy clients, we’ve grown into a trusted name in the community.
Today, we handle everything from residential cleanings to move-in/move-out and post-construction projects, but vacation rentals remain at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a cozy cabin or a modern downtown loft, we make every space shine and feel guest-ready—just the way I’d want it if I were walking in myself.

We use concentrated cleaning products and refillable containers to significantly reduce our reliance on single-use plastic spray bottles.

We prioritize reusable tools and materials, avoiding disposable items like sponges, paper towels, dryer sheets, mop pads, plastic bags, and bottles whenever possible.

For items that must be replaced frequently—such as toiletries, sponges, can liners, and coffee filters—we use biodegradable, compostable, or sustainably sourced alternatives.

While professional cleaning sometimes requires strong products, we minimize the use of harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and optical brighteners. We choose eco-certified products that are phosphate-free, non-toxic, and septic-safe whenever possible.

We reduce our carbon footprint by optimizing routes, grouping nearby cleanings, and encouraging carpooling among team members.

We help conserve energy by checking thermostats after each cleaning and adjusting them to energy-efficient settings, as well as naturally ventilating properties, when possible, to reduce the need for air conditioning.
