Policy on Refunds

Due to the labor and resources dedicated to every scheduled appointment, we do not issue full or partial monetary refunds once a cleaning service has been completed.

Our Commitment to Quality

If you are ever unsatisfied with the cleanliness of any specific area, we will take immediate steps to correct it. Our commitment is to ensure the job is done right.

  • We will send a team member back to your location to re-clean the specific spots of concern until they meet reasonable professional standards.

  • This complimentary reclean will be scheduled quickly and performed at absolutely no extra charge to you.

The 24-Hour Notification Window

To qualify for a complimentary reclean, you must bring the issue to our attention immediately:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of the service completion time to report any dissatisfaction.

  • Reports received after the 24-hour window may be addressed during your next scheduled cleaning, but will not qualify for a free immediate reclean.
